What is Your Return Policy?

We hope you love every piece we create, but we understand that sometimes we may have a change of heart.  Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ONE by Mark Owen you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 15 business days no questions or exceptions!

 

Please note: Returns must be unaltered or worn in any way and include the original packaging; and G.I.A. laboratory certificate (when applicable). Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Contact us to start your return.

 

If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, ONE by Mark Owen will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 10 -14 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges

You also have the option to exchange an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. Please note: Exchanges must be unaltered or worn in any way and include the original packaging and G.I.A. laboratory certificate (when applicable); returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange towards a new item.
